It’s always best to be safe and scheduling an annual service of your gas appliances ensures they are running efficiently and safely whilst helping to prevent unwanted maintenance issues.
Engineers at Taylor and Long carry out all aspects of service and maintenance on the Isle of Wight on Natural Gas and LPG systems including;

It is a requirement in the UK for all rental properties, including holiday lets to hold an up-to-date gas safety certificate. These certificates run for 12 months from the time they were last issued. Taylor and Long are able to work alongside landlords and their agents to make sure rental properties are kept up to date on their annual safety inspections. We are also able to carry out the maintenance and repairs of the appliances if needed to ensure minimum disruption to your tenant’s homes.
To help our clients keep up to date with their appliance’s maintenance. Becky at Taylor and Long will send you an annual digital or postal reminder. This reminder explains your appliance is due to be serviced, around a month before it is due. All you need to do is give us a call or drop us an email and we will get you booked in.
